What is the standard anklet size for Women?

For Women the standard size is 9" inches. 

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from when they are placed. Please be aware that custom pieces are made to order, and have an estimated shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. ground shipping takes about 2-4 business days. 

Help! I entered the incorrect shipping address. How can I fix it?

Please contact us via email at sales@raevonla.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, there is nothing we can do.

Does 14k gold filled jewelry tarnish?

No, our pieces are of the highest of quality materials and will not tarnish if properly cared for. For instructions on care, please see below.

Are RAEVON L.A. pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of our products are nickel free and do not contain zinc. If you have any questions on a specific piece, please email us at info@raevonla.com

Are RAEVON L.A. pieces real gold?

Yes, our 'Solid Gold' pieces are 100% gold.

Our 'Gold Filled' pieces are coated in 30mm of real 14k gold. When taken care of, Gold filled jewelry can last as long as solid gold and will not tarnish. Wearers who have sensitive skin can wear our pieces without worries of an allergic reaction.

How do I care for my pieces?

We know you love your RAEVON L.A. pieces, and want to wear them 24/7, but we do suggest cleaning your jewelry regularly with mild soapy water and a soft brush in order to extend the longevity. 

I want a RAEVON L.A. Custom piece. Where can I place a special request?

Does RAEVON L.A. accept returns and/or exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. In the rare event that there are any issues with your order, please contact us!
